Requirements for Appointment

- Experience Requirement: Must have served as a Senior Teacher I at T-Scale 8 for a minimum of three years.
- Performance: Must have a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
- Leadership and Support Skills: Must demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to other teachers.
