Rose of Sharon Academy, a prestigious private CBC/Cambridge school located in Nairobi, is seeking a competent candidate to lead and manage the learning affairs of our CBC school.
This role is integral to our expansion efforts as we aim to nurture a generation of Christ-like leaders who excel academically and morally.
The position entails leadership and management of curriculum implementation, learning management, and administrative affairs across the preschool, CBC, and Junior Secondary school.

Key Performance Indicators
- Effective management of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Achievement of tangible educational and academic excellence.
- Development and implementation of effective and relevant school policies.
- Digitalization of academic processes and procedures.
Relevant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- Certificate or Diploma in Education Management (added advantage).
- Good standing with the Teacher Service Commission (TSC) and a valid TSC Number.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Principal in a CBC school.
- Computer literate with experience in e-learning techniques (added advantage).
- Vast knowledge of learning techniques and approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and support teachers.
- Excellent leadership skills and self-drive.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in CI School will be an added advantage.
