TSC Launches Nationwide Customer and Employee Satisfaction Survey.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has initiated a comprehensive customer and employee satisfaction survey as part of its key activities for the Financial Year 2024/2025. The move is aimed at gathering critical feedback that will guide the Commission in re-engineering its systems and improving service delivery across the education sector.
According to an internal memo dated 8th April 2025 (Ref: TSC/PACS/DO/CA/14/VOL.1), the survey targets all teachers employed by the Commission, Secretariat staff, and selected stakeholders. The exercise is set to run for one month, starting from 9th April 2025 to 9th May 2025.
The Commission will collect responses through structured questionnaires administered online. Employees will access the survey via their official email addresses, with an additional link provided on the T-Pay platform to widen accessibility.
Roles of Regional and County Directors
To ensure smooth execution of the survey, regional and county directors have been tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Informing all teachers and Secretariat staff in their respective regions to encourage full participation.
- Assuring participants that the feedback will remain confidential, as the survey does not require any personal identification details.
- Coordinating with county ICT officers to provide technical support to any participants who may encounter challenges while accessing the online survey tools.
The Commission emphasizes that the findings from this survey will be instrumental in shaping a more efficient, transparent, and responsive education service framework.

Respondents are assured that their feedback will remain confidential, as no identifying information will be collected. Additionally, county ICT officers will provide technical support to participants who encounter difficulties accessing the online survey tools.
