1. Initial Complaint Submission

Any applicant who feels dissatisfied with the selection process or disqualification must submit a formal written complaint to the TSC County Director immediately after the selection exercise.

The complaint must be lodged within seven (7) days of the selection process’s completion.

In addition to the written complaint, applicants are required to send an email to the TSC Headquarters via the provided email address: [email protected]. This email must also be sent within the same seven-day window.

2. County Director’s Role in Complaint Resolution

Upon receiving the complaint, the TSC County Director is tasked with addressing and analyzing the issues raised.

The County Director is expected to take necessary actions and compile a report detailing the resolution of the complaints.

This resolution process must be completed within seven (7) days of receiving the complaint. Once resolved, the County Director will submit the report to TSC Headquarters, outlining the steps taken to address the concerns.

3. Appeals to the TSC Headquarters

If the applicant remains dissatisfied with the outcome of the County Director’s decision or if the complaint involves the TSC County Director, the applicant may escalate the matter by appealing to the Appeals Committee at TSC Headquarters.

This committee handles all staffing-related functions and grievances.

The Appeals Committee is responsible for thoroughly investigating the raised concerns and making the appropriate decisions.

The committee is given a fourteen (14) day window to complete its investigation and take the necessary corrective measures.

Conclusion

The appeals process is designed to ensure that the TSC recruitment procedure is fair and transparent. It offers a structured way for disqualified applicants to challenge decisions they feel are unjust.

By following the outlined steps, applicants have an opportunity to have their grievances heard and resolved within the stipulated timelines.
