Celebrations Rock the Nation After KCSE 2024 Results Announcement.

The release of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) 2024 results by Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos sparked nationwide celebrations.

Students, parents, and teachers across various counties gathered to honor their academic achievements, transitioning learners to their next phase of life. The festive atmosphere was marked by singing, dancing, and expressions of gratitude.

Merishaw School’s pioneer class set an impressive benchmark, achieving a mean score of A-minus. With 52 candidates, seven scored straight A’s, securing a 100% transition rate to university. The institution’s new entry into the education sector has been widely celebrated, marking a promising future.

Kabianga High School, Kitui County

An electrifying celebration was witnessed at Kabianga High School, where teachers and students rejoiced over the exceptional results.

Chief Principal Ezekiel Kurgat revealed that the school had received 21 A’s and several A-minuses. The institution anticipates even better overall results once all data is compiled.

Vine Spring Girls, Nairobi

Vine Spring Girls in Nairobi’s Ruai area celebrated a commendable performance. Ninety-one students attained the mandatory university entry grades, with three scoring A-minuses.

Director John Kimani attributed this success to discipline and hard work, expressing optimism for even better results in the coming year.

Jonathan Marita, a former Moi Forces Academy student, expressed profound gratitude upon receiving his grade of an A. He attributed his success to commitment and resilience throughout his secondary school journey.

In the outskirts of Kiambu County, Alvin Karanja, a former Alliance Boys’ student, celebrated his A grade with tears of joy. Carried shoulder-high by jubilant family members, he credited his success to meticulous study habits, prayer, and efficient preparation strategies.

Karanja stated, “I was very efficient in how I studied and prayed that what I prepared for would appear in the exams. Glory to God for this success.”

Machakos Boys High School

In Machakos County, Machakos Boys High School celebrated significant achievements. Principal Benson Somba Manoo attributed the stellar results to disciplined and focused students who embraced hard work and prayers. The school had 437 students qualifying for university.

In Kakamega County, Musoli and Mukumu High Schools recorded high scores, with jubilant students taking to the streets. The results reflected their dedication and relentless efforts.

Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos’s announcement of the KCSE 2024 results underscored the importance of hard work, discipline, and resilience. Teachers, parents, and learners collectively celebrated the academic milestones that promise brighter futures for many.

Prime Edition’s John Kahiro concluded that this year’s results set a new standard for academic excellence across the nation. As celebrations continued, the focus shifted to preparing these learners for the next chapter of their academic and professional journeys.
