Of these, 11,000 are funded by the Ministry, while NG-CDF is constructing an additional 5,000.

Special Funding for Nairobi County

Recognizing Nairobi’s unique challenges, Kipsang revealed that Ksh.1 billion has been allocated specifically for schools in the capital.

This funding is intended to ensure that learners in Nairobi transition smoothly to Grade 9 without infrastructural or logistical setbacks.
