Main Purpose of Job:

The School wishes to recruit highly competent, committed, and experienced Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher to lead, teach, and manage the school. The roles involve implementing the CBC curriculum and educational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement school strategies, work plans, and budgets.
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, timetables, and schemes of work.
• Maintain academic standards and ensure syllabus coverage.
• Evaluate learners and oversee quality assessments.
• Provide guidance and counseling services to staff and students.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Supervise curriculum implementation and professional documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education.
• P1 certificate and TSC certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• A teacher of Science and Mathematics is an added advantage.
• Track record of exemplary results in National Examinations.
