Historic Achievement for Moi High School Mbiruri in KCSE 2024.
Moi High School Mbiruri in Embu County achieved an extraordinary milestone in the 2024 KCSE examinations, with 23 students earning an A plain—the highest number in the school’s history.
Chief Principal Patrick Nderitu expressed his immense joy, calling it an unprecedented achievement for the school.
He highlighted the role of dedication and teamwork among students, teachers, and parents as the driving force behind this exceptional performance.
Of the 380 candidates who sat for the exams, 23 scored an A plain, while 44 achieved an A-. Furthermore, 50 students earned B+, 78 received B, 64 attained B-, and 52 secured C+.
This ensured a significant number of students qualified for direct university admission.
The school also recorded an improvement in its overall mean score, which rose to 8.4526, compared to 8.094 in the previous year.
