Katilu Boys 2024 KCSE Results Cancelled, Parents Issue Ultimatum.
Katilu Boys High School in Turkana County finds itself at the center of controversy after the cancellation of its 2024 KCSE results. Parents and local leaders are now demanding accountability from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Speaking in Lokichar, Turkana Senator James Lomenen expressed concern over the missing results. He noted that the school has consistently performed well in previous KCSE examinations.
This year’s lack of results has left both the community and stakeholders in a state of confusion. Senator Lomenen urged the MoE and KNEC to provide clarity on the matter.
Parents of the affected students have threatened to stage protests if the issue is not resolved promptly. They have issued a seven-day ultimatum to the MoE and KNEC to release the results.

Failure to do so, they warned, would result in demonstrations at the area education offices to demand justice for their children.
The situation continues to unfold as stakeholders await a response from the authorities. Both the MoE and KNEC are yet to issue a statement regarding the missing results. Parents and students remain hopeful that the matter will be resolved without further escalation.
