Further assistance is also available at Teso, Chwele, Ugunja, and Lugari campuses, where KUCCPS officials are present to provide guidance.

Applicants facing persistent challenges can also visit the KUCCPS Headquarters in Nairobi or present their concerns at any Huduma Centre nationwide. Additionally, KUCCPS has provided direct contact options for inquiries. Students can reach out via phone at 020 5137400 or send an email to [email protected].

Application Deadline and Process

KUCCPS reminded students that the program application portal would close on February 14, 2025. The placement service emphasized the urgency for applicants to seek assistance promptly to avoid missing the deadline.

The application portal was initially opened on January 25, enabling students to enroll in courses of their choice. Over 35 different courses were made available for application during this period.

KUCCPS Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Agnes Wahome, while addressing stakeholders after the KMTC application announcement, explained that the process aligns with the new phased format of application.

This approach allows students to apply in different phases, catering to various categories of applicants. Wahome further noted that students who completed their KCSE examinations between the years 2000 and 2024 are eligible to apply for the available slots.
