Mandatory Documents for Reinstatement in the TSC Register of Teachers Application
Applicants must follow the format specified in Form B (below this article), a crucial element of the Eighth Schedule of the Code of Regulations for Teachers (CORT), to seek reinstatement to the Register of Teachers.
Submit Form B, the application form, in triplicate to the TSC County Director of the educator’s county of residence for validation.
COMPULSORY DOCUMENTS
In order to streamline the application procedure, it is mandatory for every applicant to furnish the subsequent documents:
i) Applicants must ensure that the DCI Certificate of Good Conduct is valid when they apply.
ii) A recommendation letter from the local administration endorsing the petition for reinstatement into the register in connection with the offense that resulted in its removal.

iii) The Education Sector Officer’s letter of recommendation for reinstatement from the Education Sector Officer in regard to the offense that resulted in the removal.
iv) Official copies of the National Identity Card, academic and professional credentials, and certified copies thereof—authentic copies attested to by the TSC County Director.
For teachers deregistered in accordance with Regulation 141(a) and (c) of the CORT, the following documents are necessary:
- Documentary proof of the success of the guidance and counseling program. An institution with acclaim that specifies the duration and content.
- Two (2) references from religious leaders and local administrators endorse the transgression that led to the removal. Endorsement for the transgression that led to removal.
