Position Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Master (Academics) who will be responsible for overseeing the academic curriculum and ensuring the highest standards of educational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the academic team and manage departmental heads.
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with curriculum standards, including International curriculum frameworks.
- Foster an environment of academic excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role or at least five years’ experience heading a Science or English department.
- Familiarity with international curricula is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a boarding school setting will be considered a plus.
