Once verification concludes, TSC Sub-County Directors will compile a Merit List of verified applicants. The Commission stated that these Merit Lists will be accessible to the public upon request, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.

TSC noted, “The Merit Lists will be shared transparently, safeguarding the integrity of the recruitment process.”

TSC has assigned additional marks to specific groups to promote fairness:

  • 30 marks for teachers currently employed under TSC internship terms
  • 5 marks for holders of PTE certificates who upgraded to UDPTE

The recruitment positions are offered on permanent and pensionable terms, ensuring job security for successful candidates.
