To Create a TSC TPAD Portal account, follow these steps:
- Access the new account creation site at https://tpad2.tsc.go.ke/auth/create_account.
- Fill up the essential fields.
- TSC Number, ID Number, and Phone Number: 07xxxxxxxx
- Email Address.
- Password
- Confirm Password & Notification Mode
- To begin, click on ‘Create’.
- Upon successful submission, a confirmation message will appear, and an SMS token will be sent to your registered phone number shortly.
- To complete the registration procedure, enter the code received by SMS and click ‘Verify Token’.
- By following these instructions, you may quickly set up a new TSC TPAD account for self-evaluation and performance rating.

- Provide personal and institutional information, as well as contact information.

- Conducting performance appraisals for heads of department (HODs) and teachers.
