Requirements for Appointment
To be eligible for the position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Experience Requirement: Must have served as a Deputy Principal II or Senior Master I at T-Scale 12 for at least six months.
- Performance: Must have received a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
- Leadership and Support Skills: Must demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to fellow teachers.
- Additional Qualifications: Must fulfill any other requirements set by the Commission.
