TSC Pay Slips Online Access and Guide

The online pay-slip system facilitates accessing pay-slips online and viewing personal details. To utilize this service, follow the instructions below:

Visit the Teachers Service Commission website at www.tsc.go.ke.

Navigate to the Online Services section, and locate the Online Payslips tab. Click on it.

You will encounter the username and password window. (Note: Only teachers or secretariat staff who have registered and activated their accounts can log on to the system.).

For first-time users, accessing the “Registration/Activate Account” link will display the required page. Fill out the form with the necessary details from your pay stub. (Note: Providing false information will result in immediate deregistration.).

After successfully registering, a prompt will appear asking for your username and password.

After successfully logging in, the home page will appear.

Under the dashboard’s “View payslip” section, click on “View payslip” to access your online payslips.

You can also view your current status by clicking the “View Your Details” link.

You can change your password at any time by selecting the “Change Your Password” link on the dashboard. (Note: If you forget your password, utilize the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it by completing the provided form.) (Note: Kindly log out once you have finished using the service.).

Online Payslip Accessible Via Your Mobile Device

This service is also available on mobile phones. Simply visit the TSC website, and under Menus, select Online Pay Slips. (Note: Your password security is your personal responsibility; do not allow anyone to access your account.) Should your account be compromised, kindly reset your password.

To ensure successful registration, it’s important to capitalize the first letter of your name and use lowercase for the rest.

For example, instead of typing “Mary Wakimu” or “Mary Wakimu,” enter “Mary Wakimu.” Failure to follow this format will result in an “invalid name” error message.
