TSC Releases Term Two Teacher Performance Appraisal Programmes
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has provided specific timelines for when teachers can perform the Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD) activities for Term Two.
The TSC has directed teachers to have submitted their professional documents by the end of the first week of the term, which was last week.
TSC has also directed that between the second and tenth weeks of the term, teachers undertake lesson observations, identifying and documenting their professional gaps.
Throughout the term, teachers will engage in professional development to address these gaps, starting from the first week and continuing until the last week of the term.
Additionally, internal monitoring and evaluation of the TPAD process will be an ongoing activity.

This will include monitoring at zonal, sub-county, and county levels by curriculum support officers, sub-county directors, and county directors.
Throughout the term, teachers will upload TPAD data and evidence, and they must complete the TPAD rating meetings by the term’s closing date.
TSC has directed teachers to upload all their TPAD activities for Term Two through the revised TPAD online system.
