TSC Reshuffles 23 Western Region Principals Ahead of School Reopening

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has reshuffled 23 secondary school heads in the Western region, according to a letter signed by Kakamega County director Margaret Wanjiru Kinyanjui.

Simon Chimuche, the principal of Muhudumu Secondary School, has transferred to Kivaywa High School in Matete Sub-county, while Benard Wamanga, the current principal, is moving to Bokoli Boys High School in Bungoma County.

Musonye Namusinde, of Bokoli Boys, has taken charge at Ingotse Boys High School in Kakamega County.

Laban Sikolia will be in charge of Shamberere Secondary School. Before his move, Sikolia was the principal of Lukhuna Friends Secondary School. 

In other changes, Pamela Mumia will take over as principal of St. Paul’s Lubinu Girls High School in Mumias East, succeeding Evelyne Vuhyah, while Joseph Buluma will transfer from Matisi Secondary in Trans Nzoia to Lusumu Secondary.

Lucy Awuor, Principal of St Mary’s Emusambe Secondary School, has been transferred to ACK Milimani Girls High School, while James Otieno has been moved to Mugunga Secondary School. 

Stephene Analo will take over as principal of St. Stephen’s Mulwanda Secondary School, succeeding Alex Juma. 

Ernest Were from Shibale Secondary has been transferred to St. Peter’s Lubanga in Matungu Sub-county, while Philip Matayo from Sigalame Secondary takes over at Lukume Secondary School in Kakamega North, succeeding Imbizi Chogo.

Catherine Andola of Enjinja Secondary will lead St. Henry’s Saisi Wabuge Girls High School in Likuyani Sub-county. 

Nathan Murunga will now lead Kimang’eti Boys High School, while Caroline Lusichi, formerly of St. Mark’s Bukire Secondary School in Busia County, will lead St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary. Charles Shikuku has taken over Emwiru Mixed Secondary School in Khwisero Sub-county.
