Allowances for Teacher II Basic Salary

The teachers who are now working in this grade under T Scale 5 are eligible to receive a hardship allowance of 6,600 Kenyan Shillings. 

The amount of the commuter allowance has been determined to be Ksh 4,000. 

As part of their employment, primary school teachers are eligible to receive a 4,000 Kenyan Shillings annual leave allowance.

The government has set the disability guide allowance at 20,000 Kenyan shillings.
