TSC Urge Teachers to Maintain Integrity During KCSE Exams.

The Rift Valley TSC Director, Alex Cheruiyot, has called on teachers to maintain high standards of integrity in the upcoming KCSE exams, which are set to begin next week.

He emphasized that teachers play a crucial role in administering the exams and should carry out their duties with professionalism.

Cheruiyot noted that centre managers, invigilators, and supervisors, who are all teachers, have distinct roles in ensuring the exam process runs smoothly.

He stressed the importance of their contribution to ensuring a fair and credible examination, allowing students to receive the results they rightfully deserve.

Speaking from his office in Nakuru City, Cheruiyot highlighted that the KCSE is a critical examination as it serves as a gateway for students to transition into higher education institutions.

He assured that TSC officers in the region would provide full support throughout the process.

In conclusion, Cheruiyot took the opportunity to send his best wishes to all KCSE candidates in Rift Valley, congratulating them in advance and expressing his hopes for their success in the exams.

Teso North Security Assures Incident-Free KCSE Exams

Teso North security officials have assured the public that the 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams, scheduled to begin on October 22, 2024, will proceed without disruptions.

Following the receipt of the exam papers, Acting OCPD Nicholas Kibet informed the press that the sub-county has implemented stringent security measures. These are intended to guarantee that the exams are conducted fairly and without any irregularities.

Kibet emphasized that no form of malpractice would be tolerated during the examination period.

He stressed that security personnel would remain vigilant throughout the exam period to prevent any cheating incidents. Those attempting to engage in malpractice would face the full consequences of the law.

Consequences for Rule Breakers

Kibet also warned that individuals found violating exam regulations would essentially be putting themselves in legal jeopardy, stating that schools must strictly adhere to all examination rules.

He maintained that anyone attempting to interfere with the examination process would be dealt with severely by the authorities.
