Her body was found abandoned in a thicket in Mwiki, leaving many unanswered questions about her tragic fate.

Kwamboka had disappeared from her home in Pipeline at 11 p.m. after receiving a mysterious phone call. The circumstances surrounding her death have sparked concerns, as she was later discovered dead in Mwiki.

Discovery of the Body

Citizen TV visited the scene where Kwamboka’s body was found and spoke with first witnesses and family members.

Her mother, Stella Kerubo, expressed her devastation, describing the severe injuries inflicted on her daughter. She recounted how her daughter’s body had been mutilated, with her hands doused in acid.

Kerubo conveyed her anguish over the brutality of the murder, mentioning that her daughter’s leg had been broken, and her arms were soaked with acid.

A witness, who requested anonymity for safety reasons, shared his experience of finding Kwamboka’s body.

He reported that he found her lying partially unclothed, wearing only her undergarments, with a mobile phone, Ksh 1,000, a blanket, and a single black shoe beside her.

Evidence of a Planned Murder

Details emerging from the investigation suggest that Kwamboka’s kidnappers had planned to kill her, as her phone and money were left at the scene.

The same witness suggested that Kwamboka may have tried to stand but was unable to move, implying that she was injured elsewhere before being dumped at the scene.

He added that a vehicle was seen arriving and leaving the area twice, raising suspicions about how the crime was executed.

Authorities have launched a thorough investigation into the murder, seeking to uncover the truth behind how Kwamboka’s body ended up in the Mwiki thicket in Nairobi County.

The investigation aims to provide answers and deliver justice for Kwamboka and her grieving family.
