For Kenyan Citizens:

1. Certificate of Good Conduct
2. Academic and professional certificates from recognized institutions
3. Copy of National Identity Card or Passport
4. Passport-size photograph
5. KRA PIN Certificate
6. Duly filled GP 69 Medical Form
7. Non-refundable registration fee of Kshs. 1055, payable via Paybill 222222

For Non-Kenyan Citizens:

1. Academic and professional certificates obtained either in Kenya or the country of origin
2. Certificates issued by accredited foreign institutions, which must be equated by the relevant public body in Kenya
3. Certificate of Registration as a teacher or authority to teach from the country of origin
4. Valid Entry/Work Permit from the Department of Immigration
5. Certificate of Good Conduct from the relevant law enforcement agency in the country of origin
6. Vetting letter from the Ministry of Education (Kenya)
7. Non-refundable registration fee of Kshs. 1055, payable via Paybill 222222

Note: All documents must be certified by either a TSC Director or a TSC Sub County Director.
