How to Apply for University Course Transfer on KUCCPS Portal After Admission
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) is preparing for a second round of course revision, following the completion of the first revision.
Candidates who complete their final revisions are permitted to submit applications for institutional transfers and courses.
As part of the inter-institutional transfer process, students can choose to change either their institution or both their institution and course, as long as they meet the necessary eligibility requirements.
It is crucial to remember that not everyone will be eligible for this process, as permission is at the discretion of the institutions and the students’ cut-off points.
For applicants who took the 2023 KCSE exams, the application process begins with logging into the Student’s Portal (students.kuccps.net). Students can commence and finish the transfer process using the portal, following the processes detailed below.
