How to Download Emailed TSC Registration Certificate with Ease.
Teachers seeking registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) will now receive their Certificates of Registration in digital format. This soft copy can then be printed as proof of registration.
To enhance service efficiency, TSC introduced digital teacher registration certificates on November 1, 2023. During the registration process, applicants must provide a valid email address, which the Commission will use to send their certificates.
Receiving the Certificate
After successful application, the teachers registration certificate is sent to the provided email via the TSC email address: [email protected]. To verify the applicant’s identity, a One-Time Pin (OTP) verification code is dispatched to both their phone and email. The applicant must enter these codes to complete the verification process.
Verification and Download Process
Both email and phone verification must be completed by entering the respective OTP codes sent to each. Upon successful verification, a link to download the certificate will be shared with the applicant. It is essential to provide a valid email address that can be accessed at all times. If an inaccessible email is given, retrieving the certificate may become problematic.
Once registration is confirmed, the digitized certificate of registration is sent to the applicant’s email. The teacher must download and print the certificate to obtain a hard copy as proof of TSC registration.
