KEPSHA Relocates and Launches Strategic Plan for Future Growth.
The Kenya Primary School Headteachers Association (KEPSHA) has officially relocated from its initial home at Tembo House in Nairobi’s Central Business District to an impressive new office on the second floor of Next Gen Mall, Suite 9, along Mombasa Road.
This move coincides with the recent launch of KEPSHA’s 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, aligning with their 20-year milestone since inception in 2003.
The spacious new office layout includes a dedicated, well-furnished workspace for the National Chairman, designed to facilitate high-level engagements with dignitaries and delegations.
Next to this office is a modern, fully equipped boardroom, adorned with portraits of current and past leaders, including the present National Chairman Johnson Nzioka, who is also the head teacher of Donholm Primary School in Nairobi.
This boardroom will serve as the venue for key meetings, including the National Executive (NEC) and National Governing Council (NGC), offering a cost-effective alternative to renting commercial spaces for official gatherings.

By strengthening cross-border and cross-sectoral collaborations, the association aims to create sustainable growth and drive improvements within the primary education sector.

The association is set to actively engage with policymakers and relevant organizations to influence educational policies. This advocacy will focus on advancing equitable access to quality education, with a particular emphasis on inclusive learning environments.
KEPSHA’s efforts will support government goals to eliminate barriers to education, promote cultural sensitivity, and create an environment that encourages all students, regardless of background, to succeed.

The association’s inclusive education efforts will focus on creating safe, supportive learning spaces that foster the holistic development of students. KEPSHA also aims to support teachers in adopting innovative teaching methods that enhance student engagement and learning.
In promoting holistic education, KEPSHA plans to encourage values-based learning, emphasizing essential social skills beyond academics.
These initiatives will advance the government’s goal to provide an inclusive educational environment where students of all backgrounds can reach their full potential.
