The Health Care Assistant course provides training to help learners support patients and clients in both home and institutional care settings. Emphasis is placed on maintaining hygiene in healthcare facilities, a critical component of patient care.

Eligibility and Target Audience
KMTC encourages individuals who are passionate about patient care and have a minimum of a D plain in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or an equivalent qualification to apply. The program will be available across various KMTC campuses, including Mbuvo, Tana River, Rera, Lugari, Mandera, Kangema, Kinangop, Nyandarua, Ugunja, Migori, Mathari, Lamu, Mbooni, Busia, and Kapenguria. The total fee for the course is Kshs 60,000.
