Missing Kisii Headteacher Found Dead In Well in Migori
A primary school head teacher from Kisii County who went missing last week was discovered dead in a water well near his residence at Aloo Estate in Oyugis Town, Homa Bay County.
After going missing for five days, authorities found Richard Otieno Kobe, the head teacher at Raganga Primary School, dead on Sunday morning.
According to his younger brother, Gilbert Kobe, Richard’s body was discovered in the well by his kid, who had gone to get water.
Gilbert claimed Richard went missing on Tuesday night. He left home without his phone and never told anyone where he was going; his family expected him to return, but he never did.
The next day, the family began looking for him and reported him to the police before going to the Lida trading center in the neighboring Rachuonyo North Sub-County to hunt for him after some individuals said they had seen someone who looked like him.
