St. Lucie Kirini Girls Secondary School, a full boarding school rooted in Christian principles, offering both the local 8-4-4 system of education and the British National Curriculum IGCSE ‘O’ Level examinations, invites applications for the following positions:
1. Principal
The Principal must demonstrate proficiency in managing School Operations and providing strong leadership to our teachers and staff members. The successful candidate will administer the programs in accordance with board policies, statutory requirements, administrative rules and regulations, and consistent with the school curriculum program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education degree and a Management Course.
- A Masters in Business Administration or Education will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years teaching experience in a high school, with at least five (5) years in a private school.
- Five (5) years of experience as a Principal.
- Demonstrate high academic achievement as a Key Performance Indicator, with evidence of subject performance and trend analysis.
- Integrity, good planning, organizational and managerial skills.
- Sound understanding of the new national curriculum (CBC) and IGCSE.
- Effective communicator at all levels of the organization, with strong oral and written skills in English language.
- Computer literate.

2. Dean of Studies
The Dean of Studies shall monitor curriculum performance, implement academic policies, co-ordinate academic activities through Heads of departments, act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration, supervise the implementation of the school timetable, and delivery of continuous assessments and examinations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized Institution.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as Head of department.
- Strong fluency in English, both in spoken and written communication.
- Experience as a Dean of Studies will be an added advantage.
