Requirements for Appointment
To be eligible for the Head Teacher (Primary) position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience Requirement: Must have served as a Deputy Head Teacher II at TSC Scale 9 for at least three years.
- Performance: Must have achieved a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
- Leadership Skills: Must demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to other teachers.
- Additional Qualifications: Must satisfy any other requirements set by the Commission.
