The most recent Teachers Service Commission (TSC) pay ranges for significant teaching roles are detailed below, focusing on Senior Master II, Deputy Principals III/Senior Headteacher, Senior Lecturer II, and Senior Headteacher in Grade D1 on the T Scale-11.

Salary Point Breakdown

At Salary Point 1, the base salary rises to Ksh 78,625, offering educators an immediate pay increase. Employees at Salary Point 2 can expect a significant increase of Ksh 81,128.

With Salary Point 3 at Ksh 83,755, the trend toward growth persists, providing educators with even more reason to rejoice. Salary Points 4 and 5 are Ksh 87,900 and Ksh 85,269, respectively.

Instructors and lecturers at Salary Point 6 will now make Ksh 89,240 as their base salary, while those at Salary Point 7 will make Ksh 90,612. Salary Point 8 shows instructors earning Ksh 91,041, and Salary Point 9 is Ksh 93,408, completing the scale.

The highest point on the scale, Salary Point 10, will deliver the salary adjustments, which are a relief to educators, who have long advocated for greater compensation.

The allowances, as detailed in the following table, are beneficial to teachers in Grade D1 on T Scale 11:
