TSC Teachers Performance Appraisal (TPAD) User Manual Guide
To access TPAD, start by clicking on the start button on your desktop. Open any browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox. Type in the address line: https://www.tsc.go.ke/ and press enter.
Upon accessing the website, go to Online Services and select Teacher Appraisal.
Next, click the Login button on the screen that appears.
After clicking Login, you will see the login screen. Enter your TSC Number as your username and password, then click the login button.
Once logged in, you will be directed to the manage account screen. Here, change your password if necessary and click on the change password button.

Upon confirmation, click the login button again and re-enter your TSC Number as your username along with your new password. Click the login button to proceed.
Complete your registration and click submit.
You will now see the homepage displayed as below.
Navigate to the data tab and click on institutions. Select the my institution tab to view the list of teachers in your institution. Click the appraisal button next to your name.
If the appraisal form is not visible, click on the create new button.
Fill in all the required information in the provided spaces.
Click on the create button to save your entries.
Under the action tab dropdown, select the appropriate form for filling. For example, choose the teaching standard mass to appraise/rate yourself accordingly. Click save data to finalize.
This sequence of steps ensures a systematic approach to utilizing TPAD for effective performance appraisal and development.
