TSC Latest Circular to All Teachers on Mandatory Income Tax Returns.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has issued a directive to all teachers and secretariat staff regarding the mandatory filing of individual income tax returns for the year 2024.
In adherence to the stipulations outlined in the Income Tax Act, all TSC employees are required to submit their tax returns via the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) online iTax platform at https://itax.kra.go.ke by the deadline of 30th June 2025.
“To facilitate this, employees can download their Tax deduction cards (P9 Forms) on the TSC T-pay portal.“
This document is essential in ensuring accurate tax return submissions and compliance with statutory requirements.

For those experiencing difficulties while filing their returns, assistance is available through the TSC Accounts Division, specifically the PAYE Section.
