The progression of TSC teacher salary points commences annually on 1st July of each year. This progression, termed as an increment, serves to reward teachers for their service and experience.

However, the rate of increase in salary points varies due to factors such as government policy and negotiations with teacher unions.

The primary aim of this increment is to ensure fair compensation for teachers’ work and dedication. As teachers advance to higher salary points, their earnings increase accordingly, allowing for higher compensation over time.

Additionally, upon reaching certain salary points, teachers may also receive other benefits, such as increased allowances or eligibility for promotion to a higher grade.

The progression of salary points at C3 impacts teachers’ earnings as follows:

  • Monthly Starting Salary (Point 1): salary is sh 44,412
