Objective: The workshop aims to provide a platform for students to showcase their skills and knowledge in Computer Studies, Agriculture, and Business Studies. It also seeks to facilitate learning through discussion and interaction with experienced examiners.
Agenda:
8:00 am – 8:30 am: Registration and Welcome
8:30 am – 9:00 am: Introduction to the Contest and Subject Categories
9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Contest Sessions (Computer Studies, Agriculture, and Business Studies)
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch Break (Packed lunch to be provided by participants)
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Discussion Session: Tips for KCSE Examinations
2:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Certificate Presentation and Closing Remarks
Participation Guidelines:
- Each participating school is required to bring a set of 10 students per entry per category for the contest. A fee of Ksh. 2500 per entry will be charged to cover printing of certificates, stationery, and exam administration.
- Schools are encouraged to enter as many sets as possible.
- Each set should be accompanied by a maximum of two teachers per subject to assist in exam administration and marking.
- Additional students are welcome to participate in the discussion session and benefit from KCSE examination tips.
- Participants are advised to confirm their participation in advance and arrive on time.
Certificate of Merit: Schools and outstanding students will be awarded certificates of merit and participation.
Speakers: Experienced examiners will deliver talks in each subject category to provide valuable insights and guidance.
