Categories of Teachers in Grade C4
Teachers in the C4 job group include those in the following positions:
- Senior Lecturer IV and Senior Master IV
- SNE Senior Teacher (Primary)
- SNE Teacher (Secondary)
- Deputy Headteacher II

Breakdown of Clusters
- Cluster 1:
Teachers in this category are based in Nairobi City, covering all areas within the city’s boundaries. - Cluster 2:
This group includes teachers working in the cities of Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru. Additionally, teachers stationed in Nyeri, Eldoret, Thika, Kisii, Malindi, and Kitale Municipalities also fall under this cluster. - Cluster 3:
Teachers in this group work in former municipalities, excluding those already classified under Cluster 2. - Cluster 4:
This cluster comprises teachers in all other regions not included in Clusters 1, 2, or 3.
