1. Senior Lecturer IV and Senior Master IV
2. SNE Senior Teacher (Primary)
3. SNE Teacher (Secondary)
4. Deputy Headteacher II

Breakdown of Clusters

1. Cluster 1:
   Teachers in this category are based in Nairobi City, covering all areas within the city’s boundaries.
2. Cluster 2:
   This group includes teachers working in the cities of Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru. Additionally, teachers stationed in Nyeri, Eldoret, Thika, Kisii, Malindi, and Kitale Municipalities also fall under this cluster.
3. Cluster 3:
   Teachers in this group work in former municipalities, excluding those already classified under Cluster 2.
4. Cluster 4:
   This cluster comprises teachers in all other regions not included in Clusters 1, 2, or 3.
