The college boasts 7 Faculties, 18 Departments, and 93 Medical Courses along with short courses.

Here’s how to apply for KMTC courses online:
- Visit the KMTC official website.
- Click on the admissions tab and select “apply now.”
- Proceed to the applications portal and register.
- Provide personal information and contact details.
- Add next of kin details.
- Enter subject scores and submit.
- Upload required documents (ID, leaving certificate, and KCSE result slip).
- Select the level and course, then submit.
- Make the payment of Sh2,022 via Mpesa and submit your application.
After applying, candidates can access their admission letters through the KMTC student portal.
By logging in with their email address and password used during the application process, they can view, download, and print their admission letters.
Alternatively, candidates can apply for KMTC courses via the KUCCPS portal, following the provided guidelines.

Once you have successfully applied for a course at KMTC, you can obtain your admission letter through the following steps:

Fee Structure
The fee structure for 2024 comprises various components amounting to a total of Sh82,000 per year.
This includes a registration fee of Sh2,000, an annual tuition fee of Sh30,000, and an examination fee of Sh10,000, supporting core academic functions.
Additional charges of Sh2,000 for library and ICT services, Sh5,000 for research and development, and Sh1,000 for student activities are also included.

Changing KMTC campuses or courses
To change KMTC campuses or courses, students must formally request a transfer by submitting an official letter to the CEO.

The letter can be delivered in person to the KMTC Headquarters in Nairobi or sent via courier or post.
