TSC Begins Document Verification Process for Teaching Applicants on Monday.

Note: Provisional transcripts will not be accepted, emphasizing the need for complete and verified documentation.
Verification and Selection Criteria
The TSC selection panel will scrutinize each applicant’s documentation to ensure compliance with the criteria specified in the TSC recruitment advertisement.
Additionally, the panel will verify the authenticity of all academic and professional certificates and transcripts.
Applicants found submitting forged or fake documents will face immediate disqualification, and potentially deregistration.
The TSC Sub-County Directors play a pivotal role in this process. They are responsible for certifying photocopies as true copies of the original documents.
This step must be completed before the interview phase, ensuring the documents presented are both complete and verified.
Compiling the Merit List
Upon completing the interview process, a Sub-County Merit List will be compiled based on the interview results. The merit list will be communicated to all applicants, keeping them informed of their status in the selection process. The TSC aims to maintain transparency, fairness, and adherence to all recruitment guidelines throughout this phase.
TSC County Directors and their representatives are tasked with overseeing a fair and transparent process. They will ensure:
- Sensitization of Selection Panels on the recruitment process.
- Compliance with Interview Guidelines as per the recruitment circular.
- Engagement of only successful applicants from the merit list as teacher interns.
Final Steps: Signing Agreements and Intern Engagement
Following the interview process, the successful applicants will sign Internship Agreements and receive Offer Letters.
The TSC Sub-County Directors will ensure that all required documents are submitted to the TSC County Director’s office. These documents will then be forwarded to TSC Headquarters within the specified timeframe, finalizing the recruitment process.
