Form Submission: It is mandatory to complete the application form in triplicate. The Commission will receive the original copy, the Headteacher will receive a duplicate copy, and the TSC County Director will receive a triplicate copy.
The TSC Headquarters must receive the application for study leave no later than ninety days before the expected start of studies.
Support Documents: Applicants must submit an application and a copy of their university or college’s admission letter.
Further Prerequisites for Research Leave: Individuals who are applying for a three-month research leave must provide the following materials: a letter of initial admission, a letter of course completion, and transcripts attesting to the completion of units.

Approval Before Departure: Until the Commission issues written approval for study leave, educators cannot leave their place of employment.
Teachers are required to report for work no later than the date that follows the conclusion of their study leave.
Extensions or Alterations: The Commission requires that all requests for extensions of study leave or modifications to courses or institutions be duly submitted with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice.
