The Ministry of Education (MoE) has initiated the recruitment of a Chairperson and three members to establish an audit committee.

This move is aimed at enhancing financial oversight and improving governance within the Ministry.

The newly formed committee will be responsible for supervising the Ministry’s internal audit processes.

Key Functions

In a statement, the Ministry emphasized that the audit committee will focus on several key areas:

  • Reviewing financial reports.
  • Assessing risk management systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations.

This recruitment marks an effort to increase efficiency, reduce the likelihood of mismanagement, strengthen financial discipline, and ensure the effective use of resources within the Ministry.
