KUCCPS Portal Opens for Second Revision of Courses: How to Revise
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has reopened the application portal for the second-course revision for KCSE candidates in 2023.
According to the Placement Service, the opportunity is for previous applicants who have not yet secured courses or have yet to submit their course preferences.
Form Four students and KCSE students from the years 2000 to 2022 may access the application portal.
Students will be able to submit their courses for placement at universities such as Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
The applicants are urged to update their courses before the April 25, 2024, deadline.
How to Revise Courses on KUCCPS Portal
Students will have to visit the application portal at www.student.kuccps.net.

Enter your login information, which includes your KCSE index number, KCSE year, and password.
To view the requirements, click on the Applications tab in the upper left corner.
Alternatively, you can search for courses by their institutions by clicking on the institution’s tab.
Scroll through the programs and add or change the courses listed in brackets.
To replace a course, click the application/revisions tab and enter a different program code.
The course list contains the program codes.
When you’re finished, click submit.
Candidates do not have to pay a placement fee because it is recommended that they submit the mobile money code used during the first revision process.
The government has been keen on encouraging students to take up TVET courses to strengthen the country’s potential to provide practical training.
According to President William Ruto, the courses will encourage young people to contribute positively to the country’s economic prosperity.
In the current fiscal year, the government has allotted Ksh28.3 billion to TVET institutes.
