Key Rule: 90 Days’ Notice
Applications for study leave must generally be received at TSC Headquarters at least 90 days before the leave is due to start. Late submissions risk not being processed before your course begins.

After Study Leave
TSC maintains a public list of approved study leaves; you can check status there. Report back to duty promptly at the end of your approved leave period — failing to report on time can itself become a disciplinary or reinstatement issue.
FAQ
Can I submit less than 90 days before my course starts?
You can try, but TSC’s own guidance treats 90 days as the standard minimum — a late submission risks not being approved in time.
Does study leave count against my annual leave?
No — it’s a separate leave category.
